Over the years Josh has gravitated more to the development side of the business. He heads up all development projects, now operating across multiple sites.
About JWS
The contracting business originally came about to fill gaps whilst waiting for planning applications on their own projects. Planning waits are commonly long and thus emerged a successful building firm.
Gradually the size and volume of sites grew to meet demand in the area. We have always been keen on keeping it local and sticking to a relatively tight geographical area which is roughly a 15 mile radius of Moreton in Marsh. This allows us to control quality and deliver unrivalled service.
We focussed on reputation before growth and are proud to be known for our commitment to quality and service which has led today to 90% of our enquiries coming from referral; often from customers but also other professionals and locals.
Our philosophy will always be customer satisfaction first and foremost, both with the journey to and the end result.
