Cosmetic renovation of Grade II listed country home, Ilmington

 

Ilmington Grange is a stunning property but was in need of a full cosmetic overhaul.  On a tight programme, JWS worked hand in hand with the client and their interior designer to deliver the exceptional finish expected for such a property.

 

New bathrooms, kitchen improvements, new wall and floor finishes throughout, replastering, decorating and various external repairs and improvements were made including a total upgrade of the security systems and renovation of many of the sash windows.

 

As always, through our experience with heritage property and high end renovation, we added value where we could both with the design and sequencing of the works.
