This client came to JWS via past client referral, which is how we win a lot of our work. An architect led project with value added by JWS to meet a tight deadline, required due to a family wedding taking place at the property.

The West wing extension to an existing grade 2 listed thatched property, involved significant underpinning for which the JWS team were working closely with structural engineers.

The works also included the new addition of an outdoor heated swimming pool and integration to groundsource heat pump. An extensive landscaping scheme was delivered to blend the pool into the grounds.

Lastly, a new build coach house, with triple garage under and accommodation over including air source heat pump was completed.​​

JWS provided a large, bespoke joinery package across the new and existing areas of the property. All this was delivered on relatively tight timescale for the scope and quality required, all to very satisfied customers.
