Holiday Home – Full conversion, Moreton in Marsh

 

Designed and created specifically for the purpose of being a holiday let, we worked to a strong and defined brief: luxury, aspirational but practical and robust.

With quirky and eye catching interiors, JWS enabled this exciting renovation to really stand out amongst a crowded market of Cotswold Holiday Homes.

​

Originally a ‘shell’ building, unused for many years, JWS oversaw utilities, road closures and machinery/deliveries on a tight site; a challenging environment in the middle of a busy Cotswold market town.

​

We engaged with conservation officers and warranty providers to find a balance between new build regulations within a conservation area setting.

​

JWS also worked closely with a local Interior Designer to deliver what has now become a very successful 2 bedroom holiday let in Moreton in Marsh.
